Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting in developing SBSB’s digital marketing strategies and implementing the company’s overall marketing activities.  Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) writing, editing, and formatting copy; developing graphics; and building and sending marketing emails.  This person will help ensure all marketing initiatives align with SBSB’s overall brand look, voice and feel.  The ideal candidate will be service-minded, eager to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing department daily responsibilities
  • Monitor firm’s GA, assist with SEO strategy execution
  • Assist with the firm’s client email communications
  • Assist with the firm’s internal communications
  • Manage firm social media (LinkedIn); posts and firm members profiles and activities
  • Support firm events, both client facing and internal
  • Work with the marketing department on website and collateral updates
  • Interface with other internal teams to execute on firm initiatives
  • Manage firm collateral fulfillment process
  • Assist with employee profile updates and social media presence
  • Manage communications through firm compliance process
  • Ensure brand integrity throughout all firm collateral and client facing materials

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications degree preferred
  • Prior marketing, agency or communications experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
  • Works well independently and part of a team
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
 
Additional consideration for:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
